COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
- We are committed to providing a high standard of service and ensuring that each customer leaves feeling satisfied and cared for.
- To maintain transparency and fairness for all customers and staff, we have the following policy in place regarding service feedback and requests for refunds or adjustments.
- Customers are encouraged to communicate any discomfort, dissatisfaction, or concerns with their massage therapist at any point during the session.
- This allows us to make immediate adjustments, such as modifying pressure, addressing specific areas of concern, or, if necessary, offering an alternative therapist (subject to availability).
15-Minute Reimbursement Window
- If a customer feels that the massage is not meeting their expectations, they are advised to notify the massage therapist or staff within the first 15 minutes of their session.
- In such cases, the session can be stopped and a full refund will be offered.
- This notice is visibly posted in each treatment room to ensure customers are informed.
Late Feedback or Refund Requests
- In order to verify and resolve concerns promptly and fairly, we can only address issues that are reported before the customer leaves the premises.
- Concerns raised after the appointment or after leaving the store will not be eligible for refunds, discounts, or compensation.
